Who we are...

We have many years of hands-on experience in technical marketing, business development and considerable experience in foreign markets.  

Mary C. McCarthy-O'Callaghan, B.Sc.(Hons), H. Dip. Ed., PhD, MBA is a professional manager with 24 years experience in the food and related industries. She is:

	A self-motivated and creative problem solver who enjoys success
	A systematic and thorough planner who sees things through
	A clear headed and articulate communicator, who is well-travelled
	An energetic and persistent manager with a successful track record in motivating people to achieve team and personal goals
	A proven self-starter with well developed analytical skills
	A qualified scientist who understands and utilises information of a technical nature
	A confident and experienced manager with the ability to deal with clients in a non threatening way
	A versatile and dynamic operator with wide experience in the initiation and management of change and the development of business strategy
	Computer literate with a track record in budget control and performance and a working knowledge of company finance

Fergal Canavan, BA, BAI, MBA, Dip. Mangt. Sc., (Associate) is by profession an engineer with an extensive background in indigenous and multinational companies. He has particular expertise in manufacturing and service company start-up, turn-around situations and sales and marketing. He also has in-depth knowledge and experience of assisting small and medium size enterprises in the development of submissions to grant authorities including:

	Enterprise Ireland

	County Enterprise Boards
	LEADER approved funding agencies

O'Callaghan & Associates have developed an excellent network of consultancy contacts, and through this network regularly import  knowledge, expertise and experience as and if necessary to each individual project.
