Previous/Current Projects Generation and co-ordination of grant-aid submissions to the following agencies on behalf of clients in the Irish Food / Agri-foods sectors:
Working secretariat to the NATCOL (Natural Food Colours Association). This consisted of facilitating the following EC lobby groups to submit petitions for the re-testing of the food colours Annatto & Curcumin to meet JECFA / EU requirements. This included significant fundraising.
Member of the National Working Group on Food Ingredients,
established in November 1994to advise on the future development of the
Irish food ingredients sub-sector, in the light of the government
appointed Expert Food Group recommendation
