Generation and co-ordination of grant-aid submissions to the following agencies on behalf of clients in the Irish Food / Agri-foods sectors:

Working secretariat to the NATCOL (Natural Food Colours Association). This consisted of  facilitating the following EC lobby groups to submit petitions for the re-testing of the food colours Annatto & Curcumin to meet JECFA / EU requirements. This included significant fundraising.

AIG (Annatto Interest Group) 

CIG (Curcumin Interest Group)

Member of the National Working Group on Food Ingredients, established in November 1994to advise on the future development of the Irish food ingredients sub-sector, in the light of the government appointed Expert Food Group recommendation
